CACIOCAVALLO MOLISANO

This precious cheese is made mostly in the provinces of Isernia, southern Italy. The cheese is made with raw cow’s milk, concealed in a yellow rind that veers to brown with age. After maturing approximately 20 days it is placed in natural ageing stone caves for a minimum of 3 months. The flavour is delicate and becomes more spicy with time. You can eat it during an aperitivo or grilled with bread and tartufo

TARTUFO

Il Tartufo Molisano referred as the diamond of the kitchen. Its smell is as amazing as is taste. We provide in the BOX the TARTUFO in different forms and shapes. You can use it with Pasta, Pizza or even Caciocavallo.

SALSICCIA

The meat comes from pigs reared in the factory in the province of Isernia, between mountains and green meadows. Carefully processed using simple and tasty traditional ingredients: salt, pepper, fennel seeds and natural flavors that give the product exceptional properties.

SCAMORZA

The Scamorza Molisana is a well-known dairy specialty of Molise, produced in the Upper Molise area with milk from Brown Alpine cows reared in the green pastures that surround the production area. The Scamorza Molisana, due to its characteristics, could be placed halfway between the caciocavallo, more flavorful and dry, and the mozzarella, more delicate and rich in water. For sure something you want to try.

TARALLI VENAFRANI

I taralli Venafrani with olive oil are a typical product of the village of Venafro, in Molise. The taralli are prepared with simple and genuine ingredients: flour, mother yeast, water, salt and the main ingredient which, as the name implies, olive oil.
